Wedding Industry Get Together Ticket Terms and Conditions

All sales are final
Tickets are non refundable. Please choose carefully when purchasing as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.

Transferability
If you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another wedding vendor. Please email us with their full name so we can update the guest list.

Client discount
If you are an S85 client and use the client discount code your ticket is valid only for you. Discounted tickets cannot be transferred to non clients.

Event changes
If the event details need to change due to the venue or circumstances outside our control we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible.
If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

Behaviour and conduct
This is a community centred event. We ask that all guests are respectful and contribute to a positive environment for other wedding vendors.

Photography and media
Photos and short video content may be taken on the night for our community highlights. By attending you agree to potentially appear in this content. If you prefer not to be included please let us know at the start of the event.

Health and safety
Please do not attend if you are unwell. Your wellbeing and the comfort of the group is important to us.

Event rights
We reserve the right to remove any guest who behaves in a way that is unsafe or disruptive to the event.
