04Who we share it with

We share your information only with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:

  • Website, forms and email platforms such as GoHighLevel, which hosts our website, forms and booking calendar
  • Client management software such as Dubsado, which we use for proposals, contracts, invoices and client onboarding
  • Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal
  • Analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Video call and file sharing tools such as Zoom and Google Workspace
  • Professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, where needed

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Overseas storage. Many of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. When we use them, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard similar to Australian law.

05Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and show relevant ads on other platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

06Marketing emails

If you download a free resource or join our list, we may send you emails with tips, updates and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We'll still send you emails about any services you've bought from us.

07Storing and protecting your information

Your information is stored with the secure providers listed above. We limit access to our team members who need it, use strong passwords and two-factor login where available, and ask you to share account access with us through secure methods rather than plain email.

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Enquiry and email list details are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe. Client and payment records are kept for at least seven years to meet Australian tax requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

No online system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will let you know and report it as required by law.

08Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

If you're in the UK or EU, you can also ask us to limit or object to how we use your information, send you a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time.

Just email us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
