1. Refunds

Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, all course fees are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to course materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind, non-completion, lack of engagement or changes in personal or business circumstances.

2. Suitability

It is your responsibility to determine whether this course is suitable for your business, skill level and goals before purchasing. We encourage you to review all course details, curriculum and any available previews prior to enrolling. No representation is made that this course guarantees any specific business outcome or result.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we share strategies, systems and frameworks that have worked for us and for other bridal hair and makeup artists, we make no guarantee of income, bookings, client numbers or any other business outcome as a result of completing this course. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, implementation, market, experience and individual business circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, guides, templates, workbooks, scripts, tools and any other content provided as part of this course, are the intellectual property of Studio Eighty Five. By purchasing this course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, upload to another platform or teach the content of this course to others, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Studio Eighty Five. This includes sharing your login access with another person or business.

Templates and editable resources provided within the course, including Canva templates, may be edited and rebranded for use within your own business but may not be resold, redistributed or repackaged as your own product, template, training or course.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate loss of access to the course without refund, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, and further legal action if required.

5. Confidentiality of Strategy Sessions

Where the course includes a 1:1 strategy session, any strategy, advice, recommendations or frameworks shared with you during that session are provided for your personal business use only. You agree not to teach, reproduce, repackage, distribute or share this strategy or advice with others for commercial purposes.

6. Course Access

Your purchase includes access to the course and its included course materials for 365 days from the date access is first provided to you, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

At the end of the 365-day access period, your access to the course, course platform and course materials will automatically expire. It is your responsibility to complete the course and access any permitted downloadable resources within this period. Studio Eighty Five is not required to extend, renew or reinstate access after the access period has expired.

Course access is for personal, individual use only and is not to be shared. Account sharing, including sharing your login details with another person or business, is not permitted and may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to update, amend, replace, improve or reorganise course content and to migrate the course to another hosting platform during your access period, provided that this does not unlawfully interfere with any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Dubsado

This course includes training, demonstrations, recommendations and resources relating to Dubsado and may also reference other third-party software, platforms, integrations or services. Studio Eighty Five is an independent business and does not control Dubsado or any other third-party provider.

Third-party platforms may update or change their interface, design, layouts, features, functionality, terminology, pricing, policies, integrations or availability at any time. As a result, screenshots, videos, demonstrations, instructions or other course materials may differ from the current version of Dubsado or another third-party platform.

Studio Eighty Five does not guarantee that course materials will always reflect the most recent version, layout or functionality of any third-party platform and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, errors, discontinued features or other actions made by Dubsado or any other third-party provider that are outside Studio Eighty Five's reasonable control.

Where reasonably appropriate, Studio Eighty Five may update course materials from time to time but does not guarantee that every third-party platform change will result in an immediate course update or replacement lesson.

You are responsible for maintaining any Dubsado or other third-party subscriptions, accounts, software or integrations required to implement the course and for complying with the applicable third party's own terms, policies and fees.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Agreement
