TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply between Studio Eighty Five and you, the customer. Upon booking a makeup application with Indianna Knight Makeup, you agree to the following T&Cs.

 

BOOKING DEPOSITS

All bookings require a 20% deposit. This amount will be deducted from the total owing for your event date. 

Bookings are fully secured upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit. Deposits are transferable to the bank details provided to you at the time of enquiry (bridal) or via our online booking system.

 

PAYMENTS

The remaining balance is to be paid on the day with cash or eftpos. If you would like to bank transfer, please do this 3 days prior to your booking.

When paying the retainer via bank deposit, please put in the description your name and date of booking. For example: Indianna 280320

Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email ihello@studioeightyfive.info with a payment receipt or screenshot provided to you by your bank.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a minimum of 48 hour cancellation policy for standard bookings and a minimum of 4 weeks for bridal bookings. If you cancel within the cancellation period then your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. 

If you cancel prior to your cancellation period then your deposit will be returned into your nominated bank account.

If you decide to reschedule your booking this is also subject to the time frame of 48 hours for standard bookings and 4 weeks for bridal bookings. If you choose to reschedule prior to the 48 hours/4 weeks then your deposit can be transferred to the new booking. If you cancel within the time period then your deposit will be held and treated as a cancellation fee and another deposit will be required for a new booking.

 

CALL OUT / PARKING FEES

Call out fees apply for mobile services only. This price will be discussed upon enquiry and will be included in the total price quoted for the service.

In circumstances when parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, the client will be required to cover the charges. For example: Hotel/motel and street parking fee(s).

 

REFUNDS

Indianna Knight Makeup does not offer refunds for any completed service(s). If you are in anyway dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to discuss with Indianna while on location.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Indianna or any other artist working for her are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify of any known allergies or skin sensitivity upon booking. You are more than welcome to bring your own product(s) that you are familiar with and Indianna or one of her team members will be happy to use what you have provided.

 

PHOTOGRAPHS

Indianna Knight Makeup reserves the right to take any photographic or film records of any of our makeup applications and may use any such photographs for promotion and/or commercial purposes - only with your consent, of course!

Indianna Knight makeup also reserves the right to contact the photographer directly to access photographs from the day.
